sensuously harmonious, so romantic

specific events, one tries to reminiscence

as melodies unlock our sensual sense.

 

Dusk, Central Park New York, scintillating sight

Simon, Garfunkel, wow, fans rocked this night,

world-wide, stars entertain delighting us all

in packed venues, magnitude hard to recall.

 

Lyrics, rhythm, life’s journey resonated told,

poetic scripts, emotional memories unfold,

young bond with entertainers, danced to the last,

while silver haired sages dreamt of their past.

 

Rock, country western, crooners, diverse performers,

solo, groups, bands, created artistic pleasures,

behind scenes, poets, composers, producers,

hearts, souls, thank you, for years of musical splendours.
