                                    Subliminal Challenge

 

Treacherous climb on winding path,

eerie silence resonates, barren mine shaft,

heart palpitates each step toward Peak,

permeated by rustling of her dress fabric.

 

Prior dream, high rise city east to west,

now billowing clouds, gloomy, scary, dense,

shattered, how can vista virtually disappear,

alone, breathless, petrified, panics in fear.

 

Mist intensified, enshrouds, trembling body,

fortunately, partner arrives, embraces, lovingly,

relax, sound of movement piercing the air,

eyes locked, smiling, only two in love share.
