Two Lovers
Two Lovers
Astute
hostess sat them side by side, table of eight,
ensuring
exciting experience, their first date,
intimate
small talk, chatting, a surreal scene
discuss
travel, nature, sex to obliquely obscene.
Guests’ loud
laughter, abound a surround,
potential
lovers discreet, venture out, barely a sound,
on patio absorb
bay views, relax in evening breeze
hands,
breasts, bodies, brush, neither at ease.
Mystical vision
of nature’s beauty, not to be decried
charmed,
captivated emotions spiral, magnified,
under perfect symmetrical scarlet lunar moon embrace,
before colour changes to golden, disappearing into space.
No human could create such an awesome sight
Encapsulating our two lovers, day thru night.
