                             Don Thy Mask!

Old age, privilege, not offered to all,

youth on their journey oblivious, overall.

 

Time just flies predominately with age,

millions blatantly naive, challenge a sage.

 

Covid-19 lethargy common, creates brain fog,

retarding inspiration, and basic dialogue.

 

No gender escapes wrath of this pandemic

yet anti-vaxxers’ complacency is endemic.

 

Lockdowns now refuted, in fact abstained,

but maskless socializing. should be contained.

 

Governments aspire, to encourage productivity,

while populace pursue their favourite  activity.

 

Health experts concede Omicron a major virus,

will politicians reverse mandate, treat it as serious!
