Old father time silent out of control

unaware dissipates body and soul,

suddenly!

as if struck by lightning bolts,

mentally alarming. career halts.

 

Youthful management lack experience,

dismiss grey sages at their convenience,

mistakes occur, but crucial they be corrected,

however, prior expertise adversely rejected.

 

Silver foxes united, sip daily caffeine,

reminiscence past triumphal scene,

today’s burdens supported by employed,

one’s prolific journey extinct, as once enjoyed.
