Hindsight:

A familiar, popular daily expression

but positive result likely an illusion.

 

If only:

Consequence is dire common,

prepare for disappointing conclusion.

 

Personal journey as we proceed on

untold family history dissipates, foregone,

future, simplistic or depth, one may query

previously, life was really all about me!

 

Year by year, challenges dominate present,

sage’s knowledge ignored, thus, not relevant,

relax, be prepared to accept status quo,

future generations will not deviate, just follow.
