ALONE

                                                           ALONE

Eventual:

Ebony eagle on jagged rock out of sight

majestically aloof poised for flight,

jet black eyes alert, soars into bright blue sky,

glides, pursues prey over mother earth, a spy.

 Newborn kid separated alone astray,

alas will die, by enemy above, within the day.

 Potential:

Invited, blended against black bean bar,

sculptured aquiline features, hair colour of tar,

jet black eyes seek attractive guests, champagne flows,

single malt whiskies stimulate, sensually glows.

Lashes flicker, bubbly in hand appears at his side,

bewitching eyes ensnare a vulnerable mind,

 talk superfluous, smoulder, potent, volcanic,

hands brush, delirious desire, excitingly erotic.

Silently into the night just one word, where?

His penthouse sky high, lightning bolts strike the pair.

Dawn alone, when, why, had she gone?

 Jet black eyes opaquely insipid

heartfelt surreal memories, oh so vivid.
