                  Daily depressed, uphill down dale,

                   mentally unstable, life becomes fragile.

                  

                   Suddenly, end of tunnel, glowing light,

                   revitalised, future appears very bright.

 

                   Determined, reclaim success past odyssey,

                   reflected, refreshed, share, care, all to see.

                  

                   Eyes wide open, relax listen in depth,

                   family, friends, associates, with each breath.

 

                   Confident, personality shines through,

                   welcome back, folk delighted, happy it’s you.

 

                   At night, head nestles on soft plush pillow,

                   peaceful, dream, celebrate for tomorrow.

                 

               Stress, negativity only cast in clay,

                 be positive, it’s your future, each ensuing day.
